摘要
针对某工程跨既有路口采用的“上部双U下部双箱室”预制悬拼连续梁的截面具有不同的平、竖曲线,致使梁形变化比较大,传统的钢模板无法施工的情况,设计了一种变截面U箱组合梁节段预制液压模板。该模板可针对不同节段、不同截面特点,调整各部位尺寸,以满足线形要求。从模板体系结构构成、各部件的作用及功能,以及整个模板系统如何调整等方面总结了施工工艺。实践表明,该模板体系很好地解决了平纵曲线调整难题,可为同类工程提供借鉴。
In view of the different horizontal and vertical curves of the section of the prefabricated cantilever continuous beam of"upper double U and lower double box chamber"used across the existing intersection of a project,resulting in the large change of beam shape and the impossibility of traditional steel formwork construction,a section prefabricated hydraulic formwork of variable section U-box composite beam is designed.The formwork can adjust the size of each part according to the characteristics of different sections of different sections to meet the linear requirements.The construction experience is summarized from the aspects of the structure composition of the formwork system,the functions of each component,and how to adjust the whole formwork system.The practice shows that the formwork system solves the problem of horizontal and vertical curve adjustment,and can provide reference for similar projects.
