摘要
以上海市南京东路179号街坊历史建筑群的保护性改造工程为背景,对历史建筑保留外置立面、内部结构置换改造的外墙临时支护体系开展了研究。通过分析每组建筑的自身情况和改造需求,形成了自承重式外墙支护体系、核心筒+钢支撑支护体系、外墙钢架+核心筒+钢桁架支撑支护体系等3种外墙临时支护体系。监测数据显示施工过程中外墙的变形和应力均在合理范围内,3种外墙支护体系均具备优良的支护能力,可在具体工程中灵活选用。
Based on the protective reconstruction project of historical buildings in block 179,East Nanjing Road,Shanghai,the external wall temporary support system of historical buildings with retained external facade and internal structure replacement and reconstruction is studied.By analyzing the self-situation and reconstruction needs of each group of buildings,three kinds of temporary support systems for external walls are formed,including self-bearing external wall support system,core tube+steel support system,external wall steel frame+core tube+steel truss support system.The monitoring data shows that the deformation and stress of the external wall during construction are within a reasonable range,and the three kinds of external wall support systems have excellent support capacity,which can be flexibly selected in specific projects.
