逆作钢管柱桩心快速定位装置的研制与应用

Development and Application of Rapid Positioning Device for Pile Core of Reverse Construction Steel Pipe Column

以某逆作法工程为例,针对传统的桩心复核方法的不足,通过对已施工完成的钢管柱实体形状、尺寸等进行研究,经现场试验并研制出了一套高效、实用的逆作钢管柱桩心快速定位装置。实践证明,该装置结构简单合理、操作简便、成本低、可重复利用,且可以快速确定桩心的位置,可为后续类似工程桩心的快速定位提供借鉴。

Taking a reverse construction project as an example,in view of the shortcomings of the traditional pile core recheck method,through the research on the solid shape and size of the constructed steel pipe column,a set of efficient and practical rapid positioning device for the pile core of reverse construction steel pipe column is developed through onsite test.The practice proves that the device has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure,simple operation,low cost,reusable,and can quickly determine the position of pile core.It can provide reference for the rapid positioning of pile core in subsequent similar projects.
