群体超高层建筑间大型塔吊转换过程控制及意义

摘要 研究了某包含3幢超高层塔楼的群体超高层项目施工过程中大型塔式起重吊装机械的选型、定位,塔吊设置位置、附着形式,以及主体施工阶段塔楼之间塔吊转换、塔吊类型调整、核心筒内外位置变更等内容;演示了其转换过程中前后时间节点控制,概括了转换过程的安全管控要点,并从工期、成本、安全性等方面总结了其转换的必要性及转换意义。实践证明,群体超高层间塔吊的转换适合于超高层建筑不同施工阶段对塔吊的不同要求;群体超高层建筑基础施工阶段及主体施工阶段对起重吊装设备的要求差异较大,进行必要的转换可更为有效地提高项目的施工效率,降低施工成本。总结的施工经验可为相似的群体超高层建筑项目提供一定的参考。 During the construction of a group super high-rise buildings project including three super high-rise towers,the selection and positioning of large-scale tower hoisting machinery,the setting position and attachment form of tower cranes,as well as the conversion of tower cranes between high-rise towers in the main construction stage,the adjustment of tower crane types,and the change of positions inside and outside the core tube are studied.The time node control before and after the conversion process is demonstrated,the key points of safety control in the conversion process are summarized,and the necessity and significance of the conversion are summarized from the aspects of construction period,cost and safety.The practice proves that:the transformation of tower crane between group super high-rise buildings is suitable for the different requirements of tower crane in different construction stages of super high-rise buildings;the requirements for hoisting equipment in the foundation construction stage and main construction stage of group super high-rise buildings vary greatly,and the necessary conversion can more effectively improve the construction efficiency of the project and reduce the construction cost.The construction experience summarized can provide some reference for similar group super high-rise buildings projects.
