摘要 深圳城建大厦总建筑高度333 m,为深圳市罗湖区地标性建筑,由于位于市中心繁华区段,施工场地极为狭小。为了解决场地紧张带来的施工部署难题,研究提出了一种基于BIM的狭小施工场地超高层施工部署的策划流程和方法。通过利用BIM技术的施工模拟和工程量统计,提前预知项目实施过程中场地压力较大的环节,并针对困难环节和阶段,结合项目案例介绍了包括地下基坑分区段施工、栈桥板扩展场地面积、核心筒超层绑扎、地下空间永临结合等适合狭小场地超高层建设的施工方法,解决了场地不足的难题。通过这一系列方法的应用,在保证狭小场地顺利施工的前提下,兼顾经济和效率。该研究可为类似的狭小场地超高层施工部署提供参考。 Shenzhen urban construction building,with a total building height of 333 m,is a landmark building in Luohu District,Shenzhen.Due to its location in the downtown area,the construction site is extremely narrow and small.To solve the construction deployment problems caused by the tight site,a planning process and a method of super highrise construction deployment in narrow and small construction site based on BIM are proposed.Through the use of BIM technology for construction simulation and engineering quantity statistics,the links with high site pressure in the process of project implementation can be predicted in advance,and in view of difficult steps and stages,combined with the project cases,the construction methods suitable for the super high-rise construction in narrow and small site are introduced,including the divisional construction of underground foundation pit,the expansion of site area of trestle slab,the binding of super layer of core tube,the permanent and temporary combination of underground space,and the problem of insufficient site is solved.Through the application of this series of methods and on the premise of ensuring the smooth construction in narrow and small site,both economy and efficiency can be balanced accordingly.The study can provide a reference for the construction deployment of super high-rise buildings in similar narrow and small site.
