The advantages and disadvantages of the transformation from construction enterprises to project general contracting companies are analyzed,and the advantages of construction enterprises compared with design enterprises are pointed out.In view of the disadvantages of construction enterprises,the main difficulties in the transformation are analyzed.Based on the existing conditions,the countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation of construction enterprises are put forward.
