摘要 探究医学全日制专业型和学术型硕士研究生对导学关系的评价差异及影响因素。运用问卷调查法和访谈法,对天津医科大学579名研究生导师和1591名医学研究生进行匿名问卷调查。对各50名导师和研究生进行半结构化访谈,定量资料采用二元logistic回归分析,利用逐步logistic回归模型筛选具有统计学意义的因变量(P<0.05)。研究发现:专业型硕士的满意度高于学术型硕士,差异主要由培养模式和职业前景两个因素导致。 To explore the differences and influencing factors of the evaluation of the tutor-graduate relationship between professional and academic postgraduate masters,questionnaires and interviews are conducted.Anonymous surveys are conducted on 579 postgraduate tutors and 1591 postgraduate medical students in Tianjin Medical University,and semi-structured interviews were conducted on 50 tutors and 50 postgraduate students.The quantitative data were analyzed by binary logistic regression and stepwise logistic regression model,and statistically significant dependent variables were screened(P<0.05).Results show that the degree of satisfaction of professional masters is higher than academic masters,and the influencing factors of evaluation difference are summarized as the difference of training mode and career prospect.
