摘要
以水性树脂为主要成膜物,搭配触变剂并通过控制体系的pH,制备了贮存稳定的水性反光型路标涂料.考察了树脂类型、触变剂种类和用量以及pH对水性反光型路标涂料贮存稳定性的影响.结果表明:选用水分散型树脂作为成膜物搭配聚酰胺蜡类的触变剂,体系的pH控制在8~9制备的水性反光型路标涂料贮存的稳定性可达到12个月.
The waterborne reflective road marking coatings with storage stability were prepared by using waterborne resin as the main film-former,and thixotropic agent and cosolvent,when pH value was controlled.The effects of resin type,thixotropic agent type and dosage and pH value on the storage stability of waterborne reflective road marking coatings were investigated.The results showed that the storage stability of the prepared waterborne reflective road marking coating could reach 12 months when the pH value of the system was controlled at 8〜9.
