摘要
扣件是钢轨与轨下基础间的联接部件,它将钢轨直接固定于轨下基础之上,以保持轨距和限制钢轨的纵、横向位移,确保轨道结构的稳定,其性能直接影响轨道的安全性、平顺性和乘车舒适性。为了明确复杂地段扣件的选择依据,以郑州机场至许昌市域铁路工程为依据,分析了不同地段扣件的使用类型,得到了如下结论:(1)地下线地段变形量较大,不适合地铁DTⅥ2型扣件为无螺栓扣件,应该选择ZX-2型扣件、DTⅢ2及WJ-7B型等有螺栓扣件;(2)WJ-7B型扣件在高架线和地下线地段均有较好的工作性能,从而减少扣件结构类型和配套轨枕种类,便于施工及运营管理。
The fastener is the connecting part between the rail and the foundation under the rail.It fixes the rail directly on the foundation under the rail to maintain the gauge and limit the longitudinal and lateral displacement of the rail to ensure the stability of the rail structure,and its performance directly affects the safety,smoothness and ride comfort of the track.In order to clarify the basis for the selection of fasteners in complex sections,based on the railway project from Zhengzhou Airport to Xuchang City,the types of fasteners used in different sections were analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The underground line section has a large amount of deformation,which is not suitable for the Metro DTⅥ2 type fasteners as bolt free fasteners.ZX-2 type fasteners,DTⅢ2 and WJ-7B type fasteners with bolts should be selected;(2)Wj-7b fastener has good working performance in elevated line and underground line sections,so as to reduce fastener structure types and supporting sleeper types,which is convenient for construction and operation management.
