长赣高铁山岭隧道深大竖井快速出碴技术

摘要 长赣高铁上栗隧道全长11 km,为我国首条穿越地下城区的特长特大高速铁路隧道,暗挖洞身段采用三竖井一斜井的施工方法。本文介绍了上栗隧道2#竖井提升设备选型、布置、自动卸碴装置的设置等施工技术,较好的解决了深大竖井出碴速度慢、大型设备下井困难等技术难题。 Shangli Tunnel of Changsha Ganzhou high-speed railway has a total length of 10.1km.It is the first super long passenger dedicated railway tunnel crossing the underground urban area in China.The construction method of three vertical shafts and one inclined shaft is adopted for the concealed tunnel section.This paper introduces the selection and layout of Shangli Tunnel NO.2 shaft hoisting equipment and the setting of automatic ballast unloading device,which solves the technical problems such as slow mucking speed of deep and large shaft and difficulty of large equipment going down the shaft.
