国有中小型勘察设计企业人才培养的思考与探索 被引量:1

摘要 在国有中小型勘察设计企业的运行过程中,专业技术人才结构失衡,极大影响了企业的正常发展。充足的人才资源是确保该类企业在竞争中得以生存并稳定发展的重要基础。因此,针对当前勘察设计企业人才流动性大,如何加强企业专业技术人才培养就成为摆在企业面前亟需解决的问题。本人结合国有中小型勘察设计企业特点,就人才培养这一核心问题作以探讨,并提出建议措施。 In the operation process of small and medium-sized state-owned survey and design enterprises,the imbalance of professional and technical personnel structure has greatly affected the normal development of enterprises.Sufficient human resources is an important basis to ensure the survival and stable development of such enterprises in the competition.Therefore,in view of the great mobility of talents in current survey and design enterprises,how to strengthen the cultivation of professional and technical talents has become an urgent problem for enterprises.Combined with the characteristics of small and medium-sized state-owned survey and design enterprises,this paper discusses the core issue of personnel training,and puts forward some suggestions and measures.
