“双师型”教师队伍建设不仅是推动高职院校发展的强大内生动力,也是提升应用型人才培养质量的核心要素。针对国家对双师型教师队伍建设提出的新要求,本文通过探索“四五六”双师队伍建设总体规划和构建“五台五链”双师型教师培育平台,找到切实可行的实现高水平、高素质的“双师型”教师师资队伍建设的实施路径。

The construction of double-qualified teachers is not only a powerful internal driving force to promote the development of higher vocational colleges,but also the core element to improve the quality of application-oriented personnel training.Based on the new requirements of the national double-qualified teacher construction,this essay intends to find the feasible paths for a higher-level and higher-quality"double-qualified"teacher team construction by exploring the"four five and six"general plan and building the"five platforms and five chains"double-qualified teacher training platform.
