摘要
采用微波技术辅助合成了具有核壳结构的有机氟硅改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液。运用红外光谱FTIR、X射线光电子能谱分析XPS、扫描电镜SEM、透射电镜TEM、差示扫描量热分析DSC、热重分析TGA等技术对其进行了详细系统的表征,并将其应用于涤纶织物的超疏水整理。结果表明:整理后有机氟硅改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液在涤纶织物表面形成了一层均匀的超疏水薄膜,整理后涤纶织物水接触角和滚动接触角分别为156.1°和2.4°,使得整理后的涤纶织物具有超疏水能力,且水洗15次后涤纶织物的水接触角和滚动接触角仍达到了150.3°和8.7°,具有良好的耐水洗稳定性,与整理前相比涤纶织物的各项服用性能变化不大。
Organic fluorosilicone modified polyacrylate emulsion with core-shell structure was synthesized by microwave as-sisted method.It was characterized systematically by FTIR,XPS,SEM,TEM,DSC,TGA and other technologies,and then it was applied to the superhydrophobic finishing of polyester fabric.The results show that a uniform superhydrophobic film is formed on the surface of polyester fabric by the finished organic fluorosilicone modified polyacrylate emulsion.The water contact angle and rolling contact angle of the finished polyester fabric are 156.1°and 2.4°,respectively,which make the finished polyester fabric have superhydrophobicity.The water contact angle and rolling contact angle of the finished polyester fabric still reach 150.3°and 8.7°after 15 times of washing,that indicates a good washing stability.The wearability of polyester fabric has little change compared with that before finishing.
