摘要
青海省某铜多金属矿含铜、铅、锌、银和金多种金属元素,为了充分回收利用金属元素,对矿物的可浮性及浮选流程进行了研究,最终确定了铜铅部分混合浮选的中矿再磨再选—浮铜抑铅—铅硫优先浮选选矿工艺流程及最佳工艺条件。试验最终获得了铜回收率91.46%、铅回收率62.16%、锌回收率70.65%的技术指标,为该铜多金属矿的开发利用提供了技术依据。
Some Cu-polymetallic deposit in Qinghai province contains multiple metallic elements like Cu,Pb,Zn,Ag,Au,etc.To fully recycle the useful metals,this paper studies the floatability and flotation circuit of the minerals,and finally determines the mineral processing and process conditions of“regrinding and reprocessing of middling from flotation of copper-lead mixture—floating copper and suppressing lead—preferential flotation of lead and sulfur”.The process leads to such technical specifications as copper recovery:91.46%,lead recovery:62.16%and zinc recovery:70.65%,thus providing the technical basis for the development and utilization of the copper-polymetallic ore deposit.
