铸造铝合金在航空航天、汽车自动及桥梁建筑等领域获得了广泛应用,因此对铸造铝合金质量的影响因素展开深入探讨尤为重要。现如今影响铸造铝合金组织性能的因素主要包括热处理和变质处理,基于此,本文首先简要分析铸造铝合金的分类及特点,并重点阐述各类合金元素对铸造铝合金组织性能带来的正面影响和负面影响,以供参考。

Cast aluminum alloy has been widely used in aerospace,automotive automation,bridge construction and other fields.Therefore,it is particularly important to deeply explore the factors affecting the quality of cast aluminum alloy.Nowadays,the factors affecting the microstructure and properties of cast aluminum alloys mainly include heat treatment and modification.Based on this,this paper first briefly analyzes the classification and characteristics of cast aluminum alloys,and focuses on the positive and negative effects of various alloy elements on the microstructure and properties of cast aluminum alloys for reference.
