摘要
本文对多壁碳纳米管(Multi Walled Carbon Nanotubes,MWCNTs)和氧化多壁碳纳米管(Oxidized Multi Walled Carbon Nanotubes,OMWCNTs)对维生素B_(12)的吸附进行了对比研究。结果表明,MWCNTs是吸附去除以维生素B_(12)为代表的中分子毒素理想的吸附剂,有望应用于血液灌流中。硝酸改性制得的OMWCNTs对B_(12)的初期吸附速率有一定降低,但可取得更高的吸附去除率。
In this paper,the adsorption of vitamin B_(12) by multi walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)and oxidized multi walled carbon nanotubes(OMWCNTs)was compared.The Results show that MWCNTs are ideal adsorbents for the adsorption and removal of medium molecular toxins represented by vitamin B_(12),and are expected to be used in hemoperfusion.The initial adsorption rate of B_(12) by OMWCNTs which modified with nitric acid decreased to a certain extent,but a higher adsorption removal rate can be obtained.
