Simultaneous Determination of Fosthiazate and Clothianidin Residues in Water by HPLC-MS/MS

摘要 为了准确分析水中的噻唑膦和噻虫胺含量,本文应用HPLC-MS/MS、Eclipse Plus-C18柱和AJS-ESI离子源,通过母离子筛选、子离子定量方式,建立了同时测定水中噻唑膦和噻虫胺的分析方法。结果显示,噻唑膦、噻虫胺在甲醇+0.1%甲酸水(V∶V=65∶35)流动相下具有很好的分离效果,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R^(2)分别为0.9995、0.9998,变异系数分别为2.42%、3.72%,方法的平均回收率分别为99.84%、99.32%,准确度和精密度高。表明该方法操作简单、测定快速、结果准确,可用于水生生物试验中噻唑膦和噻虫胺的浓度测定,也可用于水体环境的残留分析。 In order to accurately analyze the content of fosthiazate and clothianidin in water,an analytical Methods for the simultaneous determination of fosthiazate and clothianidin in water was established by using HPLC-MS/MS,Eclipse Plus-C18 column and AJS-ESI ion source through parent ion screening and sub ion quantitative Methods.The Results showed that fosthiazate and clothianidin had a good separation effect in mobile phase of methanol+0.1% formic acid water(the mobile phase ratio is 65 to 35).There was a good linear relationship between concentrations and peak areas.The correlation coefficient were 0.9995 and 0.9998 respectively,and the variation coefficient were 2.42% and 3.72%.The average recoveries rate of Methods were 99.84% and 99.32% respectively,with high accuracy and precision.The Methods is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be used to determine the concentrations of thiazophos and thiamethoxam in aquatic experiments,and can also be used to analyze the residues in water environment.
