紫锥菊不同生长期菊苣酸含量变化及干燥方式对其含量的影响

摘要 目的:研究紫锥菊不同生长期菊苣酸含量变化及干燥方式对其含量的影响。方法:使用HPLC法测定菊苣酸含量,分析不同生长期采收及不同干燥方式对菊苣酸含量的影响。结果:一年生紫锥菊在生长周期内菊苣酸含量表现为先升高后降低,其中果熟期菊苣酸含量最高,其次为盛花期,为了保证采收到最高含量的紫锥菊原料,可以在8月初对其进行采收。地上部分中不同干燥方法的菊苣酸含量从高到低依次为晒干>阴干>烘干。结论:陕西产紫锥菊以果熟期为最佳的采收期,宜采用晒干方式对紫锥菊进行炮制。 Objective:To study the changes of cichoric acid content in Echinacea purpurea in different seasons and the effect of drying Methods on its content.Methods:HPLC Methods was used to determine the content of cichoric acid,and the influence of different seasons and different drying Methods on the content of cichoric acid was analyzed.Results:During the growth cycle of annual echinacea,the content of cichoric acid increases first and then decreases.The cichoric acid content is the highest in the fruit ripening period,followed by the blooming period.In order to ensure that the highest content of echinacea raw materials is collected,it can be carried out in early August.The cichoric acid content of different drying Methods in the above-ground parts is from high to low as follows,sun-drying>shade drying>drying.Conclusion:The ripening period of echinacea produced in Shaanxi is the best harvest period,and the echinacea should be processed by sun-drying.
