摘要
中药材中很多化学成分具有与金属离子络合的能力,开发中药材废弃物去除水体中重金属的应用是提高中药材利用率的重要方式之一。采用碘量法研究槐米提取物对水中Cu^(2+)的去除效果,对槐米有效成分提取条件、提取液与铜离子反应条件进行探索。实验表明,槐米提取液能有效去除水中的Cu^(2+),最佳条件为以水为提取溶剂、浸泡6 h、240 W超声30 min,与Cu^(2+)溶液在室温反应5 min即可达到最佳去除效果;实验还证明多次提取后的槐米残渣仍具有一定的去除Cu^(2+)能力。
It is one of the most important ways to comprehensively utilize Chinese herbal medicines by developing their abilities of removing heavy metals since many components in Chinese herbals can coordinate with metal ion.The iodometric Methods was used to study the removal effect of Sophora japonica L.extract on copper ions in water,and the extraction conditions of the active components of Sophora japonica L.and the reaction conditions of the extract and copper ions were explored.The Results showed that the extract of Sophora japonica L.could effectively remove copper ions from water.The optimal conditions are to use water as the extraction solvent,soak for 6 h,240 W ultrasonic for 30 min.The experiment also proved that the residue of Sophora japonica L.can remove copper ion after several times extraction.
