摘要
目的:探讨BL-420I生物机能实验系统在家兔血压调节实验中的应用。方法:应用BL-420I生物机能实验系统,分别观察夹闭右侧颈总动脉、静脉注射1%酚妥拉明(0.2 mL/kg)后再静脉注射0.01%重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素(0.1 mL/kg)条件下家兔血压调节情况。结果:夹闭颈总动脉后血压升高,心跳加快;注射药物后,可观察到血压下降,出现类似肾上腺素的翻转作用。结论:应用BL-420I生物机能实验系统可较好观察家兔血压调节情况。
Objective:to explore the application of BL-420I biological function experiment system in the blood pressure regulation experiment of rabbits.Methods:BL-420I biological function experiment system was used,the right common carotid artery was clamped,1% phentolamine was injected intravenously at 0.2 mL/kg,and 0.1 mL/kg(-)-noradrenaline was injected intravenously at 0.01% tartrate.Results:compared with the normal Results,the blood pressure of the common carotid artery clamped was increased and the heart beat was accelerated;the decrease of blood pressure was observed when the medicine was injected.Conclusion:BL-420I biological function experimental system can be used to observe the regulation of blood pressure in rabbits.
