摘要 厌氧发酵系统大致分为进料系统、搅拌系统、脱水系统及辅助系统4部分。本文简单介绍了厌氧发酵系统的运行原理,同时基于调试过程中厌氧发酵系统有酸化的趋势,逐个排查原因。分析发现主要原因有进料负荷过大、搅拌不充分及消化污泥过多损失的问题,针对此原因采取了相应措施,包括适当减少进料负荷、延长搅拌时间及采用顶部出料和底部出料相结合的方式进行出料。 Anaerobic fermentation system is roughly divided into four parts,including feeding system,mixing system,dehydration system and auxiliary system.This paper briefly introduces the operation principle,based on the trend of acidification in the anaerobic fermentation system during commissioning,the causes are investigated one by one.It is founds that the main reasons are excessive feed load,insufficient mixing and excessive loss of digested sludge.For this reason,corresponding measures are taken,including appropriately reducing feed load and increasing mixing time,and the Methods of combining top discharge and bottom discharge is adopted for dscharging.
