马克思主义政治经济学视域下的金融资本扩张

The Expansion of Financial Capital in the Perspective of Marxist Political Economy

资本主义基本矛盾运动决定了金融资本持续扩张的内在规律,它贯穿于资本主义的物质扩张和金融扩张阶段,具有长期性和周期性特征。在物质扩张时期,金融资本虽然受制于社会生产关系,但伴随着职能资本的扩张而持续扩张并增强了自主运动倾向;在金融扩张时期,因价值增殖手段与增殖目标之间的尖锐矛盾,导致本国货币资本自主脱离职能资本,金融资本出现自主的周期性扩张行为。金融扩张的本质是金融资本脱离实体经济而进行的自我循环和膨胀,是资本主义生产社会化矛盾的内在规律。经济金融化的积累模式是不可持续的,我国应坚持信用体系发展始终以实体经济为服务目标,同时加强信用体系方面的监管措施,以切实保障国民经济运行的稳定。

The movement of the basic contradiction of capitalism determines the inherent law of continuous expansion of financial capital,which runs through the stages of material expansion and financial expansion of capitalism,with long-term and cyclical characteristics. In the period of material expansion,although financial capital is subject to socially generated relations,it continues to expand along with the expansion of functional capital and enhances the tendency of autonomous movement;in the period of financial expansion,the sharp contradiction between the means of value multiplication and the goal of multiplication leads to the autonomous detachment of national money capital from functional capital and the autonomous cyclical expansion behavior of financial capital. The essence of financial expansion is the self-circulation and expansion of financial capital away from the real economy,which is inherent in the contradictions of the socialization of capitalist production. The accumulation mode of financialization of the economy is unsustainable,and China should insist that the development of the credit system always takes the real economy as the service target,and at the same time strengthen the supervisory measures in respect of the credit system in order to effectively ensure the stability of the national economic operation.
