郑州市新型冠状病毒核酸检测室间质量评价分析 被引量:2

Analysis on the external quality assessment of SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid detection laboratory in Zhengzhou

摘要 目的利用室间质量评价(EQA)评估2020年郑州市实验室新型冠状病毒核酸检测项目的检测能力。方法对EQA样本采用实时荧光RT-PCR法进行验证,要求参评实验室领取样本2天内完成核酸检测及结果回报,对回报结果按说明书判读条件进行EQA分析。结果EQA样本可进行实验室间的检测能力评价。31家参评实验室有效回报率为100.00%,29家实验室回报结果完全正确,合格率为93.54%;2家第三方医学检验所成绩为不合格。疾控机构合格率100.00%高于第三方医学检验所89.47%。1个样本检测合格率为93.54%,其他4个样本检测合格率为100.00%。2家不合格检验所整改后成绩合格。结论郑州市参评实验室新型冠状病毒核酸检测质量整体较好,但个别实验室检测能力尚需提高。 Objective To analyze the results of external quality assessment(EQA)of SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid laboratory in Zhengzhou in 2020.Methods The samples of EQA were verified by real-time fluorescent RT-PCR,and the participating laboratories were required to complete the nucleic acid test and the results were returned within 2 days,and the EQA analysis was carried out according to the interpretation requirements of the instructions.Results EQA samples were able to be used for interlaboratory evaluation.The effective rate of return among 31 participating laboratories was 100.00%.The results of 29 laboratories were completely correct,and the qualified rate was 93.54%.The results of two third-party medical laboratories were unqualified.The qualified rate for CDC laboratories was 100.00%,higher than that for the third-party medical laboratory(89.47%).The qualified rate for one sample was 93.54%,and for the other four samples was 100.00%.Two unqualified medical laboratories met the qualification after rectification.Conclusion The results of EQA showed that the quality of SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid testing in Zhengzhou participating laboratories is good,but the testing ability of individual laboratories still needs to be improved.
