河南省某三甲医院1500名健康体检人群结肠镜检查结果

Analysis on colonoscopy results of people accepted physical examination in a third grade A hospital in Henan province

目的分析郑州市健康体检人群结肠镜检查结果。方法选取2019年在郑州大学第一附属医院健康管理中心接受健康体检(含结肠镜检查)者1500名,对其结肠镜检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果总体病变检出845例,检出率56.33%,以结直肠息肉检出率最高(42.80%)。男性结直肠息肉、结直肠慢性炎症、结直肠憩室检出率高于女性,女性结肠黑变病检出率高于男性(P<0.05)。结直肠息肉发病部位主要集中于直肠、乙状结肠、横结肠、降结肠,且这些部位男性检出率均高于女性(P<0.05)。40~69岁男性结直肠息肉检出率高于女性(P<0.05)。646例进行病理检查,检出腺瘤259例(40.09%),主要为管状腺瘤189例(29.26%)。60~69岁男性腺瘤的检出率高于女性(P<0.05)。结论郑州市≥40岁健康体检人群存在较高的结直肠息肉与腺瘤检出率风险,是结直肠癌筛查的重要目标人群。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of colorectal diseases among people accepted physical examination in Zhengzhou.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 1500 people who underwent physical examination including colonoscopy in the Health Examination Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in 2019.Results The overall detection rate of lesions was 56.33%,and the detection rate of colorectal polyps was the highest(42.80%).The detection rate of colorectal polyps,chronic colorectal inflammation and colorectal diverticulum in males was higher than that in females(P<0.05),while the detection rate of melanosis coli in females was higher than that in males(P<0.05).The main sites of colorectal polyps were rectum,sigmoid colon,transverse colon and descending colon,and the detection rate of these sites in males was higher than that in females(P<0.05).The detection rate of colorectal polyps in men aged 40-69 was higher than that in women(P<0.05).A total of 646 subjects were examined by colonoscopy,259 cases(40.09%)of adenomas were detected,mainly tubular adenomas(29.26%).The detection rate of adenoma in males aged 60-69 was higher than that in females(P<0.05).Conclusion Among the physical examination population in Zhengzhou,the people aged≥40 years also have high detection rate of colorectal polyps and adenomas,and are recommended to accept colorectal cancer screening.
