天津市男性性工作者性伴寻找方式特征及相关因素分析

Analysis of the characteristics and related factors of male sex workers looking for sexual partners in Tianjin

目的了解男男性工作者(MSW)基于社交网络寻找性伴方式的特征及其相关因素,为制定有针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法于2014年12月至2015年6月在天津市采用方便抽样法抽取目标人群,进行问卷调查和血清学检测。结果纳入研究的MSW有265人,33人(12.45%)HIV阳性,42人(15.85%)有性病史。141人(53.21%)通过社交网络寻找性伴。使用社交网络寻找性伴的MSW更倾向于是本地人、月收入较高、兼职从事性工作、有高危性行为(如更多的肛交次数)及有性病史(P<0.05)。结论本地人、月收入较高、兼职从事性工作、有高危性行为及有性病史的MSW更倾向于通过网络途径寻找性伴,应特别注意对该人群的有针对性的预防干预策略与措施的实施。

Objective The purpose of this research is to explore the characteristics and related factors of MSW in finding sexual partners based on social networks.To understand the status of HIV infection in male workers(MSW),and to provide evidence for making targeted intervention measures.Methods The research was conducted in Tianjin from December 2014 to June 2015.The way to extract the target population was convenience sampling and then conducted a questionnaire survey.Blood samples for HIV testing was performed.Logistic regression analysis was used for univariate and multivariate analysis.Results Of the 265MSWs who were eventually included in the study,33(12.45%)were HIV positive,42(15.85%)had a history of sexually transmitted diseases(STI),and 141(44.55%)had used the social networks to find sexual partners.Male sex workers who used the social networks to find sexual partners were more likely to be locals,higher monthly income,part-time jobs,high-risk sexual behaviors(such as more anal sex)and had a history of sexually transmitted diseases(P<0.05).Conclusions Male sex workers who were local,with a high monthly income,engaged in part-time work,had high-risk sexual behaviors and had been diagnosed with sexually transmitted diseases were inclined to find sexual partners online,and special attention should be paid to the implementation of targeted prevention intervention strategies and measures for this population.
