摘要
目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)定点救治医院隔离病区相关工作人员闭环管理方式的运用,为做好医院感染防控提供参考。方法通过优化各项制度流程、成立相关管理小组、根据不同风险岗位划分闭环管理人员范围、不同岗位工作人员识别模式、闭环管理人员要求、交通闭环电子化管理、集中居住酒店管理、健康监测、督导考核等方式进行闭环管理。利用信息化等手段,优化隔离病区相关工作人员闭环管理模式。结果截至2021年7月20日,广州医科大学附属市八医院累计收治新冠肺炎相关病例3925人次,该院闭环管理人员943人,未发生过新冠肺炎相关医院内感染。结论做好新冠肺炎定点救治医院隔离病区相关工作人员的闭环管理工作,强化应急处置能力,对降低医院内感染的风险非常重要。
Objective To explore the application of closed-loop management of staff in the isolation ward of a hospital designated for COVID-19 treatment.Methods Closed-loop management was carried out through the optimization of various systems and processes,establishment of management group,determining the scope for closed-loop management staff according to different risk of positions,identification mode of staff in different positions,requirements for closed-up management of staff,electronic management for traffic closed-loop,management of centralized residential hotels,health monitoring,supervision and assessment and so on.Results A total of 3925 COVID-19-related cases were received,and there were 943 closed-loop management personnels in the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University,and no nosocomial infection related to COVID-19occurred as of July 20,2021.Conclusion The closed-loop management is very important in the isolation ward of hospital designated for COVID-19 treatment and reduce the risk of nosocomial infection,the ability to deal with emergencies is strengthened.
