摘要
铸造高强铝合金具有密度低、强度高、铸造性能好、耐腐蚀等优点。已广泛应用于航海、军事、航空航天等领域。铸造高强铝合金在军工、汽车等行业中发挥着越来越重要的作用,受到了社会相关行业的高度重视。然而,高强铸造铝合金部件在性能上很大程度取决于铸件结构、铸造工艺及热处理情况。虽然铸造工艺对铸件的组织性能有着重要的影响,但是高强铝合金的热处理性能也不容忽视。铝合金铸件工艺要求及热处理技术标准范围宽,在实际操作中制造商只能根据具体的零部件使用环境及性能要求,进一步优化铸造和热处理工艺。在这种情况下生产质量难以保证,阻碍了高强铸造铝合金优势的充分发挥。然而,高强铝合金只有通过优异的铸造技术及先进的热处理工艺,才能够保障高强铝合金的综合性能。本文通过分析高强铝合金铸造及热处理工艺,旨在为同行业提供参考。
Cast high-strength aluminum alloy has the advantages of low density,high strength,good casting performance and corrosion resistance.It has been widely used in navigation,military,aerospace and other fields.Casting high-strength aluminum alloy plays a more and more important role in military industry,automobile and other industries,and has been highly valued by relevant social industries.However,the performance of high-strength cast aluminum alloy parts largely depends on the casting structure,casting process and heat treatment.Although the casting process has an important influence on the microstructure and properties of castings,the heat treatment properties of high-strength aluminum alloys can not be ignored.The range of process requirements and heat treatment technical standards for aluminum alloy castings is wide.In practice,the manufacturer can only further optimize the casting and heat treatment process according to the specific service environment and performance requirements of parts.In this case,the production quality is difficult to guarantee,which hinders the full play of the advantages of high-strength cast aluminum alloy.However,only through excellent casting technology and advanced heat treatment process can the comprehensive properties of high-strength aluminum alloy be guaranteed.By analyzing the casting and heat treatment process of high-strength aluminum alloy,this paper aims to provide reference for the same industry.
