摘要 本文采用溶剂萃取工艺进行铂族金属的分离研究。MIBK萃取金效果显著,单级萃金率可达98%以上,且Pd、Pt萃取率小于2%。N510萃钯效果较好,当原液钯浓度为2.9mmol/L时,钯萃取率可达80%。N235萃铂时,当O/A比为1,萃取时间为8min~10min,铂萃取可达90.5%。采用全萃取分离金铂钯,可简化现有工艺流程,利于提高自动化水平,金属选择性好,产品纯度和直收率高,具备改善环境、提高工作效率、降低生产成本等技术优势。 Solvent extraction process for the separation and purification of precious metals such as Au and Pd,and Pt has been investigated in this paper.The gold extraction efficiency of MIBK can reach more than 98%,with the extraction efficiency of Pd and Pt of less than 2%.The effect of extracting Pd with N510 is good.The extraction efficiency of Pd is 80%,in case of the concentration of Pd in the initial solution of 2.9mmol/L.By using extractant N235 for extraction Pt,under the condition of O/A ratio of 1,extraction time from 8 to 10min,the extraction efficiency of Pt can reach 90.5%.The solvent extraction of Au,Pd and Pt can simplify the process flow,improve the automation level.This process has the following advantages:good metal selectivity,high product purity and direct pricieous metal yield,better working conditions,improving work efficiency and reducing production cost.
