摘要
浸出率作为各类金属元素在湿法冶炼体系中极为关键的考核指标,是决定各类金属可否取得高回收率的重要因素。对于铝土矿尾矿中含量较低的铁元素,一套操作较为简单、流程较为便捷、浸出率高的浸出工艺极为重要。有鉴于此,本文基于超声波强化微生物技术,开展对铝土矿尾矿中铁的浸出进行实验。结果表明:将超声波强化介入生物酸浸出铝土矿尾矿除铁反应中,铁浸出率的最佳条件为温度25℃,液固比为10:1,反应时间为30min,搅拌速度为200r/min。
As a key assessment index of various metal elements in hydrometallurgy system,leaching rate is an important factor to determine whether various metals can achieve high recovery rate.For the low content of iron in bauxite tailings,a set of leaching process with simple operation,convenient process and high leaching rate is very important.In view of this,the experiment of iron leaching from bauxite tailings was carried out based on ultrasonic enhanced microbial technology.The results show that ultrasonic enhancement was involved in the iron removal reaction of bauxite tailings from biological acid leaching,the optimum conditions for iron leaching rate are temperature 25℃,liquid-solid ratio 10:1,reaction time 30 min and stirring speed 200r/min.
