矿山地质环境保护与恢复治理的研究

本文针对矿山地质环境灾害的危害性展开分析,结合矿山地质环境保护与恢复治理要点,通过研究做好制度建设工作、提高拟定方案针对性、做好执法手段落实、加强治理项目管理、推行信息化管理、完善市场化运营机制、拓展多渠道监督途径等保障措施,其目的在于积累有价值的环境保护与恢复治理经验,为同类型矿山治理活动的推进提供参考。

This paper analyzes the harmfulness of mine geological environment disasters,combining with the main points of mine geological environment protection and restoration,and studies the safeguard measures such as system construction,improving the pertinence of the proposed scheme,implementing law enforcement measures,strengthening the management of governance projects,promoting information management,perfecting market-oriented operation mechanism and expanding multi-channel supervision channels.The purpose is to accumulate valuable experience in environmental protection and restoration,and provide reference for the promotion of similar mine governance activities.
