铜线表面缺陷原因分析

Cause analysis of surface defect of copper wire

结合美国南方线材有限公司SCR4500铜杆连铸连轧生产线生产电工用铜线坯的生产过程,分析电解铜板经过竖式熔化炉,浇铸成型,轧制成8毫米铜线以及通过清洗还原装置和涂蜡收线等过程后铜线表面缺陷产生的原因;铜线表面缺陷产生的原因一般来自于关精轧机轧制的过程,因此我们尤其应注意对精轧机轧制的过程进行分析研究,仔细观察每站轧机进口导位、导轮,轧辊使用状态,乳化液低压喷淋压力等等,同时也不应忽视氧化还原过程以及涂蜡甩线过程;通过观察分析上述过程,找出生产过程中缺陷产生的原因并形成系统规范化的解决方案。

Combined with the production process of copper wire billet produced by SCR4500 copper rod continuous casting and rolling production line of Southern Wire Co.,LTD.,the causes of surface defects of electrolytic copper wire after vertical melting furnace,casting,rolling into 8 mm copper wire,cleaning and reducing device,waxing and winding process are analyzed.The surface defects of copper wire generally come from the finishing mill rolling process,so we should pay special attention to the analysis and research of finishing mill rolling process,carefully observe the guide position and guide wheel of each station mill inlet,roll service state,emulsion low-pressure spray pressure,etc.,and should not ignore the process of REDOX and waxing and line dumping;find out the causes of defects in the production process and form a systematic and standardized solution.
