摘要
利用全自动消解仪使用三酸溶法(硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸)在全自动消解仪按照相应消解方法对试样进行消解,建ICP-MS法同时测定地质样品中七种重金属元素:钴、镉、镍、铜、铅、铍、锑。标准溶液拟合系数均在0.9990以上,检出限在0.007-0.3mg/kg。数据的差异。监控样测试值均在要求误差范围内,相对标准偏差为1.07%~3.19%。
The samples were digested by the full-automatic digestion instrument using the three acid dissolution method(nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid)in the full-automatic digestion instrument according to the corresponding digestion method.ICP-MS method was established to simultaneously determine seven heavy metal elements in geological samples:cobalt,cadmium,nickel,copper,lead,beryllium and antimony.The fitting coefficients of standard solutions are above 0.9990,and the detection limit is 0.007-0.3mg/kg.Differences in data.The test values of monitoring samples are within the required error range,and the relative standard deviation is 1.07%~3.19%.
