结核破碎是深海多金属结核开采和收集的重要过程。基于点载荷破碎理论,阐述了矿岩破碎机理,并对多金属结核破碎机进行了力学分析。根据现有破碎机建立了分析模型,不同参数条件下对破碎性能特性的研究。

Nodule breaking is an important process of mining and collecting for deep-sea multi-metal nodule.Base on the point-load breaking theory,the mineral-rock breaking mechanism has been explained,and the mechanical analysis for nodule breaker has been carried out.The corresponding parameter computation method has been given,and the parameter computation and influence analysis on performance characteristic for available nodule breaker has been carried out.The computation result is in accord principally with the experiment result.
