摘要 粉尘污染广泛存在于冶金生产过程中。本文以双流体喷雾除尘作为研究对像,对喷雾除尘的基本理论作了简要介绍并通过一系列实验手段证实了双流体喷嘴的液滴粒径与粉尘粒径的关系,为除尘改造提供了理论依据和实验参考。 Dust pollution widely exists in the metallurgical production process.In this paper,taking the two fluid spray dust removal as the research object,the basic theory of spray dust removal is briefly introduced,and the relationship between droplet size and dust size of the two fluid nozzle is confirmed through a series of experimental means,which provides a theoretical basis and experimental reference for dust removal transformation.
