Research on Times Significances, Operation Mechanisms and Practice Effects of Modern Apprenticeship in Higher Vocational Colleges for Modern Service Industry

在全球范围内,现代学徒制是高职院校现代服务业人才培养的重要方式。通过剖析面向现代服务业高职院校开展现代学徒制的时代意义,探索出招生与招工对接、双导师队伍建设和校企一体化育人是现代学徒制运行的三种主要机制,总结了高职院校现代服务业专业开展现代学徒制对学生服务知识、服务能力和服务情感的促进作用,以期提升高职院校现代服务业人才培养质量,促进我国现代服务业转型升级和服务创新发展。

The modern apprenticeship is an important way for talents training of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges in the world. By analyzing the times significances of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges for modern service industry, this paper explores that there are three operation mechanisms of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges for modern service industry, which include connection between enrollment and recruitment, double tutor team construction and integrated education of schools and enterprises, summarizes the practice effects of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges carrying out modern apprenticeship, which include the formation of service knowledge, service ability and service emotion. The research could improve the talents training quality of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges, and promote the transformation and upgrading of modern service industry and service innovation development.
