摘要
高校课程思政改革所要求建设的“三全育人”格局对理工类专业教师提出了巨大挑战。对此,“工程伦理”凭借明确的价值导向及科技与人文兼备的课程特点,以及在教育目标、队伍协同与系统教育三个方面与课程思政的内在契合,具备了作为课程思政的独特优势。结合天津大学“工程伦理”教学及改革实践,从搭建教学团队、构建课程体系、改进教学方法着手,探索建设“工程伦理”跨学科教学模式,为理工科教师挖掘自身专业课程中的德育资源、提升思政教育技能提供思路借鉴和平台支撑。
The "three complete education" pattern required by the curriculum ideological and political education reform in universities poses a great challenge to the teachers of science and engineering majors. In this regard, Engineering Athics has its unique advantages as curriculum ideological and political education by virtue of its clear value orientation, the curriculum characteristics of science, technology and humanities, and its internal consistency with curriculum thought and politics in three aspects: educational objectives, team coordination and systematic education. The teaching and reform practice of engineering ethics in Tianjin University explores the construction of interdisciplinary teaching mode of engineering ethics from the aspects of organizinga teaching team, designing a curriculum system and improving teaching methods. This will provide a reference and platform for science and engineering teachers to tap the moral education resources in their own professional courses and improve their ideological and political education skills.
