摘要
财经素养教育越来越受到关注,成为21世纪每一个公民所必备的基本素养之一。财经素养不仅包含财经知识,也包括了财经态度、价值观等。一些主要发达国家及国际组织已经建构了财经素养教育框架,并认为落实财经素养教育需要加强政府、学校、家庭多方力量的推动,开发财经素养课程与活动,扩大财经素养教育的受众人群以及关注特殊弱势人群的财经素养教育,研发科学合理的财经素养测评框架,推进教师财经素养培训计划。
Financial literacy education has attracted more and more attention and has become one of the basic literacy necessary for every citizen in the 21st century. Financial literacy includes not only financial knowledge, but also factors such as financial attitudes and values. Some major developed countries and international organizations have established financial literacy education frameworks, and can find that the implementation of financial literacy education needs to strengthen the promotion of the government, schools, and families,driven the development of the financial literacy courses and activities, expand the audience of financial literacy education and pay attention to financial literacy education for particularly disadvantaged groups, develop a scientific and reasonable financial literacy evaluation framework, and promote the financial literacy training program for teachers.
