下消化道出血危险分层评分临床研究现状

Research Status of Risk Stratification Score of Lower Gastrointestinal Bleeding

下消化道出血指屈氏韧带以下的肠道出血,属于临床上常见的急危重症,相比于上消化道出血,其具有病因复杂、诊断困难等特点,因此使用评分系统对患者的危险程度及预后进行早期评估至关重要。目前针对下消化道出血危险分层评分系统的研究较少,临床亟需更多实用性强和适用范围广的危险评分。本文将就已提出的评分系统结合相关文献作一综述,为评分系统在临床应用提供参考价值。

Lower gastrointestinal bleeding,a common acute and critical disease in clinic,refers to the intestinal bleeding below the flexor ligament.Compared with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,it has the characteristics of complex etiology and difficult diagnosis.Therefore,it is very important to use the scoring system to evaluate the risk degree and prognosis of patients early.At present,there are few studies on the risk stratification scoring system of lower gastrointestinal bleeding,and more practical and widely applicable risk scores are urgently needed in clinic.This paper will summarize the proposed scoring system combined with relevant literature,so as to provide value for the further improvement of the scoring system.
