民办高职院校治理能力的现状调查与提升路径

On the Current Situation Investigation and Improvement Path of Governance Capabilities of Private Higher Vocational Colleges

提升治理能力是民办高职院校实现教育治理现代化的核心。通过问卷调查、实地访谈等方式研究上海民办高职院校治理体系和治理能力现状,并以国家唯一民办优质高职院校——上海济光职业技术学院的治理水平提升行动实践为蓝本,分析民办高职院校提升治理能力的制约因素,探索切实可行的提升民办高职院校治理能力的行动路径,为推进民办高职院校治理体系现代化建设提供参考。

Improving governance capabilities is the core to realize the modernization of educational governance in private higher vocational colleges.Through questionnaire surveys and field interviews,the paper makes research on the current situation of governance system and governance capabilities of private vocational colleges in Shanghai.And based on the practice of improving the governance capabilities of the only private high quality vocational college in China,Shanghai Jiguang Polytechnic College,the paper analyzes the constraints of private higher vocational colleges to improve their governance capabilities,explores practical and feasible action paths to improve their governance capabilities,and provides reference to promote the modernization of governance system of private higher vocational colleges.
