“三全育人”视域下高职院校就业创业教育质量提升研究

Research on the Quality Improvement of Employment and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of"Three Comprehensive Education"

高职院校就业创业教育直接关系学生的职业生涯可持续发展,对全面落实立德树人根本任务,促进学生德技并修具有重要意义。高职院校就业创业教育需要全员参与、全过程贯穿、全方位渗透。然而,当前高职院校就业创业教育存在师资“重个人,轻团队”,过程“重管理、轻教育”,内容“重眼前、轻长远”等突出问题。以问题为导向,提出高职院校提升就业创业教育质量路径:更新就业创业教育理念,持续推进就业创业教育软环境建设;就业创业教育贯穿人才培养始终,提高学生可持续发展能力;强化高职院校主体作用,促进就业创业教育与专业教育深度融合。

Employment and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational collegesis directly related to the sustainable development of students’career,and it is of great significance to fully implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,and to promote students to combine morality and skills.Employment and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges requires full participation,whole process penetration and all-round penetration.However,the current employment and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges has prominent problems such as"emphasizing individuals over teams"for teachers,"emphasizing management over education"in the process,and"emphasizing short-term over long-term"in content.According to the problems,the paths for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of employment and entrepreneurship education are proposed:update the concept of employment and entrepreneurship education,and continuously promote the construction of soft environment for employment and entrepreneurship education;employment and entrepreneurship education runs through talents training to improve students’sustainable development ability;strengthen the main role of higher vocational colleges and promote the deep integration of employment and entrepreneurship education and professional education.
