摘要
采用碟片法探究了7种杀菌剂对胡萝卜软腐果胶杆菌的抑菌效果,测定了7种杀菌剂对大白菜软腐病病原菌的敏感性。试验结果表明:46%氢氧化铜可湿性粉剂抑菌效果最好,EC_(50)值为41.0356μg·mL^(-1);其次为47%春雷·王铜可湿性粉剂、5%中生菌素可湿性粉剂和0.3%四霉素水剂,EC_(50)值分别为140.4042,174.1036,235.9570μg·mL^(-1);6%春雷霉素可湿性粉剂和20%噻菌铜悬浮剂抑菌效果较差,生产中不推荐使用;生防药剂10亿芽孢·g^(-1)枯草芽杆菌可湿性粉剂具有一定的抑菌效果。
In this study,7 fungicides were used to investigate the bacteriostasis effect of Euclipium soft rot on carrot by disc method,and the sensitivity of 7 kinds of fungicides to soft rot pathogen of Chinese cabbage was determined.The results showed that 46%copper hydroxide wettable powder had the best antibacterial effect with EC_(50) value of 41.03555μg·mL^(-1).The EC_(50) values were 140.4042μg·mL^(-1),174.1036μg·mL^(-1) and 235.9570μg·mL^(-1),respectively,followed by 47%colloidox kasugamycin wettable powder,5%mesomycin wettable powder and 0.3%tetracyc in water.6%kasugamycin wettable powder and 20%thiobacillum copper suspension had poor antibacterial effect and were not recommended to be used.Biocontrol agent 1 billion spores·g^(-1)bacillus subtilis wettable powder had certain bacteriostatic effect.
