摘要
为筛选出具有较高杀虫活性的植物,采用乙醇浸提法制备荆条提取物,研究其对萝卜蚜的触杀和驱避作用。结果表明:荆条提取物对萝卜蚜具有一定的生物活性。浸渍法处理48 h后,60,600 mg·mL^(-1)提取物对萝卜蚜校正死亡率分别为71.43%,95.19%;喷雾法处理48 h后,60,600 mg·mL^(-1)提取物的校正死亡率分别为63.19%,80.00%;60,600 mg·mL^(-1)提取物对萝卜蚜4 h后的驱避率达61.19%,72.97%。因此,荆条对萝卜蚜具有较好的生物活性,其作用方式为触杀和驱避,可用于开发高效的植物源杀虫剂。
In order to select highly insecticidal plants,the ethanol extracts from Vitex negundo were prepared to study their contact toxicity and repellent effect on L.erysimi.The results indicated that V.negundo extracts showed insecticidal activities on L.erysimi.The corrected mortality of 60 mg·mL^(-1) and 600 mg·mL^(-1) extracts on L.Erysimi was 71.43%and 95.19%with dipping methodafter 48 hours.Meanwhile,the corrected mortality of 60 mg·mL^(-1) and 600 mg·mL^(-1) extracts on L.erysimi was 63.19%and 80.00%with spraying method after 48 hours.The repellent rates of 60 mg·mL^(-1) and 600 mg·mL^(-1) extracts on L.erysimi was 61.19%and 72.97%after 4 hours.Therefore,V.negundo has good bioactivity to L.erysimi with the action mode of contact toxicity and repellent effect,which will be employed in developing highly effective botanical pesticide.
