摘要
为了建立一种高风险农药残留筛查技术,采用QuEChERS前处理方法,结合LC-MS/MS检测技术,对生活中常见的蔬菜莴笋进行11种目标农残物(甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、啶氧菌酯、噻虫胺、乙霉威、唑螨酯、克百威、吡虫啉、哒螨灵、腈苯唑、腈菌唑、噻虫啉)的检测。结果显示:通过验证上述11种标准物质在LC-MS/MS的检出限均在0.00238 mg·kg^(-1)以下,符合国家标准中各目标物质检出限低于0.01 mg·kg^(-1)的要求;目标农残物的回收率均在75%左右,线性范围中R2值均在0.9900以上;0.01,0.02,0.10 mg·kg^(-1)3个水平含量标准物质的准确性分别为77.9%,79.8%,82.8%。综上,说明此方法具有可靠性,可以用于食品、农产品农残高通量、高灵敏度的检测。
In order to establish a high-risk pesticide residue screening technology,QuEChERS pretreatment method and LC-MS/MS detection technology were used to detect 11 kinds of target agricultural residues(emamectin benzoate,acetaminophen ester,thiamethoxam,acetamivir,zomite ester,carbofuran,imidacloprid,pyridaben,nitrile azole,nitrile azole and thiacloprid)in common vegetable lettuce.The results showed that the detection limits of the above 11 reference materials in LC-MS/MS were less than 0.00238 mg·kg^(-1),which met the requirements that the detection limits of each target material in the national standard were less than 0.01 mg·kg^(-1).The recovery rate of target agricultural residues was about 75%,and the R2 value was more than 0.9900 in the linear range.The accuracies of reference materials at the levels of 0.01,0.02 and 0.10 mg·kg^(-1) were 77.9%,79.8%and 82.8%respectively.In conclusion,this method is reliable and can be used for the detection of agricultural residues in food and agricultural products with high flux and high sensitivity.
