摘要
采用田间试验方法,对21.5%甲维盐·丁醚脲悬浮剂在甘蓝上的残留消解动态进行研究,以评价甲维盐和丁醚脲混配型杀虫剂施用于甘蓝时的安全性。通过超高效液相色谱串联质谱仪(UPLC/MS/MS)测定此类杀虫剂在甘蓝中的残留量,分析其消解动态,并对其可能产生的膳食风险进行评估。结果显示:在浓度为0.01~1.00 mg·kg^(-1)的添加水平下,甘蓝基质中的甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的回收率为82%~93%,定量限为0.01 mg·kg^(-1);在浓度为0.01~2.00 mg·kg^(-1)的添加水平下,甘蓝基质中的丁醚脲、丁醚脲-甲酰胺、丁醚脲-脲的回收率分别为81%~88%,81%~89%,81%~90%,丁醚脲(用于监测)的定量限为0.01 mg·kg^(-1),丁醚脲(用于膳食摄入评估)的定量限为0.03 mg·kg^(-1),丁醚脲-甲酰胺、丁醚脲-脲的定量限均为0.01 mg·kg^(-1);田间用药后7,10 d,甲维盐和丁醚脲在甘蓝上的残留量均低于国家标准《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2021)规定的最大残留限量。综上,甲维盐·丁醚脲悬浮剂在正确使用时不会在甘蓝上造成残留超标和环境污染,并且食用安全,在一般人群中不会产生风险。
A field experiment was conducted to study the residue digestion dynamics of 21.5%emamectin benzoate and diafenthiuron suspension agent on Cabbage,in order to evaluate the safety of emamectin benzoate and diafenthiuron mixture applied to Cabbage.The residues of these insecticides in cabbage were determined by ultra high performance UPLC/MS/MS,the digestion dynamics were analyzed,and the possible dietary risks were evaluated.The results showed that at the concentration of 0.01-1.00 mg·kg^(-1),the recovery of emamectin benzoate in cabbage matrix was 82%-93%,and the limit of quantification was 0.01 mg·kg^(-1).At the concentration of 0.01-2.00 mg·kg^(-1),the recoveries of diafenthiuron,diafenthiuron-amide and diafenthiuron-urea in Cabbage matrix were 81%-88%,81%-89%and 81%-90%,respectively.The limit of quantification of diafenthiuron in Cabbage matrix(used for monitoring)was 0.01 mg·kg^(-1),the limit of quantification for diafenthiuron(for dietary intake assessment)was 0.03 mg·kg^(-1),the limits of diafenthiuron-amide and diafenthiuron-urea were 0.01 mg·kg^(-1).After 7 d and 10 d of field application,the residues of emamectin benzoate and diafenthiuron on cabbage were lower than the maximum residue limits(MRLS)specified in national standard"Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticide in Food"(GB 2763—2021).In conclusion,emamectin benzoate and diafenthiuron suspension agent will not cause excessive residue and environmental pollution on cabbage when used correctly,and it is safe to eat and will not cause risks in the general population.
