姜黄素生物可降解纳米胶囊制备综合实验设计 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高姜黄素的稳定性,使其能更好地应用于食品和医药领域,设计了姜黄素生物可降解纳米胶囊制备的综合性实验。该实验以生物可降解的聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)作为一种新型药物递送载体用于包裹姜黄素,构建了PHA-姜黄素纳米胶囊系统。通过优化制备过程中超声功率、超声时间及干燥方式获得颗粒大小均匀的纳米胶囊制剂,包封率达88.27%,载药量达77.9mg/g。该实验涉及材料合成、形貌表征、仪器分析等知识,设计与实验的过程加强了产、学、研的协同创新,锻炼了学生分析解决问题的能力,对加强创新型、应用型和技能型人才培养有很好的促进作用。 to improve the stability of curcumin and make it better used in the field of food and medicine,a comprehensive experiment for the preparation of biodegradable curcumin nano-capsules is devised.In this experiment,biodegradable polyhydroxyalkanoate(PHA)is used as a new drug delivery carrier to encapsulate curcumin,and nano-capsule system of PHA-curcumin is constructed.The nano-capsule with uniform particle size is obtained by optimizing the ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time and drying method in the preparation process.The encapsulation efficiency is 88.27%and the drug loading is 77.9 mg/g.The experiment involves the knowledge of material synthesis,morphology characterization and instrument analysis.The process of experimental design and operation strengthens the collaborative innovation of production,learning and research,which develops students’ability to analyze and solve problems,and plays a good role in promoting the cultivation of innovative,applied and skilled talents.
