摘要
结合飞机自动化装配中的舱段对接工艺,开发了基于双目视觉技术的舱段自动对接实验教学平台。平台包含双目视觉检测系统、六自由度位姿调整系统和实验平台客户端,用双目视觉原理的位姿检测方法实现高精度舱段对接装配。面向实验教学需求,设计了双目视觉参数标定实验、位姿检测实验和舱段对接模拟实验,将先进的视觉检测技术融入实践教学环节,丰富了实验教学手段,取得良好成效。
Combined with the cabin docking technology in aircraft automatic assembly,an experimental teaching platform for cabin automatic docking based on binocular vision technology is developed.The platform includes a binocular vision detection system,a 6-DOF pose adjustment system and an experimental platform client.The pose detection method based on the principle of binocular vision is used to realize high-precision docking and assembly of cabins.For the needs of experimental teaching,binocular visual parameter calibration experiments,pose detection experiments and cabin docking simulation experiments are designed.The platform integrates advanced visual detection technology into practical teaching links,enriches experimental teaching methods,and achieves good results.
