大气压冷等离子体射流处理人体组织模型的实验教学研究 被引量:1

摘要 该文设计了一套大气压冷等离子体射流处理人体组织模型的多学科交叉实验教学研究方案。该方案将等离子体射流在人体组织模型表面的处理范围可视化,极大地强化了学生对等离子体作用机理的认知,激发了学习兴趣。实验采用明胶水凝胶模拟人体组织,并在其中添加活性粒子显色剂,通过观测等离子体射流处理之后明胶水凝胶表面的显色分布情况,表征等离子体射流在人体组织模型表面的处理范围。该教学方案有助于学生了解学科前沿知识,提升学科交叉意识及科研能力,操作简单、成本低廉,适合国内大部分院校开展。 In this paper,a multi-disciplinary interdisciplinary teaching scheme for treating human tissue model with atmospheric pressure cold plasma jet is designed.The treatment range of plasma jet on the surface of human tissue model is visualized,which greatly strengthens students’cognition on the mechanism of plasma treatment and stimulates students’interest in learning.The gelatin gel was used to mimic human tissue,and reactive species chromogenic agent was added.The color distribution of the gelatin gel surface was visualized after plasma jet treatment,so as to characterize the treatment range of the plasma jet on the human tissue model surface.This teaching scheme is beneficial for students to learn about the frontier knowledge of disciplines,and strengthen the cultivation of students’interdisciplinary awareness and scientific research ability.Moreover,the scheme is simple to operate and low-cost,suitable for most colleges and universities.
