塔山煤矿立井带压掘进奥灰含水层探查与治理技术研究与应用

摘要 为保障四盘区副立井带压安全掘进,根据副立井和奥灰含水层赋存情况,设计布置17个探查钻孔对巷道掘进区域奥灰含水层的赋存情况进行探测分析,基于分析结果得出:副立井井筒东南部奥灰含水层富水性大于井筒西北部,东南方向5个钻孔出水量相对较大;根据巷道地质条件,设计采用注浆防治水方案,针对探查钻孔实施注浆堵水,针对5个钻孔出水量大的钻孔注浆后进行扫孔做压水试验,实施二次注浆封孔。同时对巷道掘进突水危险性进行评价分析。结果表明:注浆方案实施后,检查钻孔的出水量及吸水率均明显小于5个出水量大的钻孔,堵水效果显著;且根据安全评价结果可知,副立井井底水窝掘进处于带压开相对采安全区域,不会发生底板奥灰突水事故。 In order to ensure the safe excavation of the auxiliary shaft under pressure in the fourth panel area,according to the occurrence of the auxiliary shaft and the ash aquifer,17 exploration holes were designed and arranged to detect and analyze the occurrence of the ash aquifer in the tunnel excavation area.Based on the analysis results It is concluded that the water richness of the aquifer in the southeast of the auxiliary shaft is greater than that in the northwest of the wellbore,and the water output of the five boreholes in the southeast is relatively large.To plug the water by grouting,after grouting the 5 boreholes with large water output,carry out the water pressure test by sweeping the holes,and implement the secondary grouting and sealing.At the same time,the water inrush risk of roadway excavation is evaluated and analyzed.The results show that:after the grouting plan is implemented,the water output and water absorption rate of the inspection holes are obviously less than 5 holes with large water output,and the water blocking effect is remarkable;The relatively safe area of mining under pressure will not occur in the bottom of the floor of the Austrian ash water inrush accident.
