新时代年轻干部调查研究能力提升路径研究——基于共情理论的视角

摘要 党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在治国理政中始终坚持“调研开路”,并多次在不同场合强调要用好调查研究这一“传家宝”。年轻干部是党的事业的希望,开展调查研究活动是培养其优良作风和锤炼过硬本领的重要途径。新形势背景下,年轻干部在调查研究中依然存在脚力不健、口力不畅、眼力不宽、毅力不足等现实挑战。为此,基于共情理论视角分别从观点采择、情绪感染、共情关注、行为共情四个方面进行探析,以期为提升年轻干部调查研究能力提供学理支撑和对策建议。
