基于深度学习的平菇菌盖生长数据测量研究

摘要 蘑菇产业对精准农业需求高,监测蘑菇生长数据可实现宏观调控蘑菇。利用点云相机获取蘑菇子实体点云图像,应用深度学习的卷积神经网络进行点云分割并计算蘑菇菌盖生长数据,与采样时人工测量的生长数据作对比,验证并提出一种实时测量蘑菇菌盖尺寸的方法,可计算获得蘑菇最优生长曲线并为温室环境调控提供基础数据。 Mushroom industry has a high demand for precision agriculture,and monitoring mushroom growth data can achieve macro control of mushrooms.Point cloud image of mushroom fruiting body was obtained by point cloud camera,and point cloud segmentation was performed by deep learning convolutional neural network and mushroom cap growth data were calculated.Compared with the growth data measured manually during sampling,a real time measurement method of mushroom cap size was verified and put forward,which can calculate the optimal growth curve of mushroom and provide basic data for greenhouse environmental regulation.
